Allow us to handle your receiving and inventory control so you can focus on your clients and business! Arlan RDS will receive your items, sign Bill Of Lading for the correct quantity, and inventory.
Upon receiving your items we’ll open and inspect removing all debris, condition, inventory and take a photo. You will receive email notification which will include the receiving documents, a condition report, and photo, often within a few hours of your items arriving at our facility.
Once we have provided you with that information you can let us know if we are to schedule the delivery, hold the items to consolidate for a larger delivery or place the items in our secure storage.
We will schedule with the designer or directly with the customer. You can be as involved in the process as you wish or step aside and the professional process happen.
Fees for our services can be collected from your customers at the time of delivery via check or cash or once credit has been established we bill our services Net 30.
